Stay away from this place. Huge rip off. I sent my truck in to replace a simple wheel seal on the trailer. They kept taking off things and telling my driver that he must replace them or call a tow truck to tow him to another shop because they would not put the “defected” parts back on. He was forced to replace brakes and bearing. For such a simple repair they charged me $820 because they forced me to replaced other heavily marked up parts. STAY AWAY!!!

Had a great experience with these guys when they were the only people open and available within 50 miles at 6am for keys locked in the truck. They were fast and the charge was reasonable.

I think they have one honest person working at this tow yard and he’s a driver named Josue. They want such a ridiculous amount for towing and storage and It took a whole week to find them because they denied have the bike on the first call so after no luck finding the bike anywhere else I packed up and drove the 100+ miles to Wells and spotted the bike and called the back and asked if they were ever going to notify the owner and they said that they are not required to notify the owner EVER but that they usually do after 21 days because they cap their storage fees at 21 days and it the same for 21 days or 221 days if your vehicle stays with them the full 21 days it’s $150 per day. However if you happen to be tenacious enough to find your vehicle on your own before the 21 days then the storage fee is $300 per day. I’m telling you though they have one driver there who must k ow that everyone else is shady because when he saw me, he emerged with 2 bags of my personal property that had been strewn across the Desert. Thank you for your integrity Sir. As for the rest of them I told them this thing is so trashed you couldn’t pay me to take it away. So I asked when it would go up for auction they said “oh no, we’ll just crush this one if you don’t want it back.”
