I am leaving a response to the florist that responded to my earlier review. We ordered our mothers day flowers through our local florist. Our local florist uses Teleflora and FTD. These are both nationally known, well recognized and respected companies. I wish you had bothered to contact me personally to find out what happened and how our order was initially processed before you went off on a rant and lectured me about how we used a disreputable company to place our order. When first contacted by our hometown florist, you told them that the flowers were delivered. This was an absolute lie. You even said you had a photo of the flowers on the recipient's porch (although none was ever provided). No flowers were ever delivered. Then you told our local florist that the flowers were stolen. Also a lie. How can you steal something that was never there? Which is it? You got the order but lied about delivering it OR you never got the order but lied to Teleflora? A reputable business would have called back and tried to resolve the situation and at least explain what was going on. However you chose to ignore me. I question the validity of your business. Maybe once upon a time you were a real florist but now it appears that this is a sham business. Again, no store front. Nothing to indicate that you're a business. To potential customers, I urge you to read the earlier reviews and I urge you to look elsewhere and find a reputable florist locally. I wish I had. I urge you to not use this florist.

Delivered a beautiful bouquet to my mother-in-law for her birthday. Service was great and they even sent me a photo of what the flowers looked like. Thank you so much!

I'd give them a zero if I could. Couldn't make it home due to an emergency. Ordered up a centerpiece in my place. Was notified it was delivered. Not received. Called and was offered a replacement for two days later. Was notified it was delivered. Nothing received. Right address. Lots of money. Never again.

CARSON VALLEY FLORISTS...Even a "One Star Rating" is too kind for this florist! Ordered flowers from FTD on a Saturday for delivery on Monday. Needless to say the flowers didn't arrive. I called FTD. They checked with the florist and the florist said the flowers had been delivered! THEY LIED! I was then told by FTD that they would be delivered on Tuesday. The flowers didn't arrive Tuesday. Carson Valley Florists said they couldn't deliver the flowers on Tuesday because, are you ready for this, it was too windy! So they lied again! Finally the flowers arrived on Wednesday. No apology from the florist. I have requested that FTD never use this florist again. Coincidently, I won't use FTD again either because when I called them they wouldn't let me have the contact info for this florist. I had to get it from the family receiving the flowers. EMBARRASSING. I'LL NEVER USE CARSON VALLEY FLORIST AGAIN - TERRIBLE SERVICE - DISHONEST - UNRELIABLE.
