Great Basin Roofing & Repairs

After obtaining several quotes for a rental property flat roof, Great Basin Roofing & Repairs came through with a competitive proposal.   They took pictures of the roof condition and carefully explained what they would do to repair and recoat it; later I received pictures of the roof as completed.     Also, I asked for quote on my residence roof.  Again, they took pictures; this time they reassured me that my roof was in excellent shape and did not need repair.    Work was done promptly and communication was good.   They were very careful to find out what the homeowner association rules were so as to comply.

Unfortunately I've had experience working w some of the "big guys" in town. These guys are the real deal. Professional, good value but most of all they were honest and accountable for their work. Cant say enough.
