Horrible people inconsiderate no compassion whatsoever can't believe they would do that to a family especially during such a difficult time of losing a loved one. Its beyond me how this company will stay in business after their unethical business practices. Stay far far away from them

I really can't give this florist a star rating at all! But since I have to put a star to be able to post it. I attended a funeral in Austin Nevada about a month ago, as I watch them bring in the loved one in a casket I was appareled a the spray of flowers that were brought tout to be put on the casket what a shame three lady's had to carry the spray since it had fallen apart and try to arrange it on the casket! I'm sure the person who purchased this spray paid anywhere from $300. to $400.00 for these flowers. I have owned a flower shop before nothing would have ever came out of my shop looking like this arrangement did! Shameful hopefully they make this right with the person who purchased this awful arrangement!

My best friend past away this place provided dead wilting flowers and refused the family a refund or any kind of sympathy or condolences. They could have refunded or offered something. Horrible thing to do in that situation.
