IF YOU MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER, THE PRICE WILL GO UP! If you are thinking about moving PODS units from a storage facility, do not call to set that date until you are almost ready to go. I have two units in storage in Reno, where I have been paying the same monthly fee for three years. I called to set the date for my move, and they immediately raised the monthly fees by $400, even though the units continue to sit in the same storage facility, requiring no additional labor by PODS. When I called to ask about this, they said that prices are subject to change without notice, however, if I hadn't called, the price would've remained the same. I am perfectly willing to pay a fair price for the storage and labor that PODS provides for me, but I am frustrated that they chose to make an extra $400/month for merely changing the status of my order in their computer system. I will be looking for another company for any future moves that I make.
