The customer service is great but the aligners aren’t. I had to get an extra 3 months of aligners after the first 6 months and my smile still isn’t completely straight. Not to mention, you have to wear the retainer for the rest of your life and it still hurts every time I put the retainer in because my teeth start to shift back during the day. I am sick of doing this every night :( Oh and, many of the aligners cut my mouth and I would have to file them down. I guess you get what you pay for. Wish I would’ve spent the extra money for braces.
