        I been tying get my taxes filed for 2 months now . Kimberly Nelson for some reason took upon herself to file my taxes without my permission. I been being polite just asking her to be removed so I can file my taxes through the app . Still 4-5 weeks later 4 phone conversations later and she still on my case after being told she would be removed. They told me two days ago the manager would call me so I can take care of this . The manager never called me . I been playing phone tag for 2 hours trying to get her removed off my case. At this point I need Human Resources number . You guys are playing with peoples lively hood and that isnt right. Horrible customer service. I will be filing fraud against Kimberly at this point . Have someone contact me asap please and thank you.
