My wife had oxygen equipment delivered to our apartment. This being our first time using these items, I had no idea how it worked and what to expect. Armando Martinez was there to ease our minds and had no problem explaining things until we understood how to use the equipment. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. We really appreciate him.
