Dr Hsu and her entire staff are friendly helpful and caring. They truly make this expierence as easy stress free and calm as possible. I am so forever greatful to have found this amazing practice full of strong women to guid me through this from the moment i enter the office to leaving. They make you feel welcome and safe. Sydney dr hsus receptionist is one of the most beautiful souls ive ever encountered. She works with you so much to find times that work best for busy life and takes her time to get to know patients on a professional but somewhat personal level. you wouldnt think reception would be who youd form a relationshio with but thats how it works over there and connie her rn is patient and caring and takes the time to make sure you know everything you wanna bring up to dr hsu before she comes in so the visit goes as smoothly as possible for mom. And dr hsu herself isnt a in and out dr. She will stay with you in the room as long as you need to answer everything and make you feel comfortable. This group is truly my sanity when im having scared pregnant moments even with this being my 3rd pregnancy.
