Moving from Reno to Washington was so easy because of Puliz. Every step of the move went smoothly and efficiently. The driver loading, Martin, was such a pleasure. He was so kind and reassured me that my belonging would be taken care of, and they were. I could not be happier with the way things went.

One of the best moves I have had. I have moved several times in the last few years and this was one that definitely stands out. The crew was very professional and friendly the entire time. I even made them move my couch and desk around a few times to see where I liked it and they didn't mind at all. I also had nothing broken in this move which has happened in the last 2 moves I've had. I was satisfied from start to end. Thanks again everyone involved.

This is a complaint. I just went to Donner Springs Elementary school in Reno, Nevada where a sandy blonde man with mangled teeth and glasses just yelled at me and another woman after we tried passing their moving truck in the parking lot (with plenty of room on the left side to do so) as they were trying to figure out where they were parking the truck. He made the woman cry after giving mixed signals to stay still, park behind, then move forward. She asked what to do and he proceeded to yell at her. He was yelling at her for a good 30 seconds, to which I just said “screw it,” pulled into a parking spot about 4 car lengths behind the moving truck, which was at a standstill because of this guy’s yelling at the woman, and took about 15 seconds to run a lunchbox into the nurse’s office through their exterior door. Before the truck even started moving again, and the guy stopped yelling at the woman, I was already out of the parking space and away from the man and the truck. The woman finally moved forward and I proceeded to pass, as well. However, when I went to pass the moving truck, which had yet to move, this man gave me the thumbs up, smiled and waved, pointed to his head, then yelled at me to use my head. Once again, his signals were quite confusing. But the last two were clearly rude. I then asked what his problem was for people to pass, and he started screaming at me in front of my 4 year old child. I tried explaining to him that he was giving mixed signals and refused to let people pass when there was plenty of room, and I had a very quick drop off to make that was done before he even finished yelling at the woman. I wasn’t even in his way. He then proceeded to yell at me, even going so far as saying “Get out of the car and I’ll fight you.” The argument escalated till I told him I’m about to get out of the car and take him up on his offer, then he backed off and became quiet. I moved ahead of the moving vehicle and left. I understand this person was trying to back up a vehicle into some empty spots (which wasn’t big enough to actually fit the moving truck). But to stop someone from making an easy pass, and then yell at them for blocking his way is just absurd. He caused his own problem. Then to proceed to fight multiple people, making a mother cry in front of her child, and making threats to me in front of my 4 year old, warrants a removal. There are multiple issues I have with this person, even questioning potential mental health. However, this behavior at an ELEMENTARY school is unacceptable. I am also filing this complaint with Donner Springs Elementary to inform them of this person’s mental state, the company he is associated with, and how he handles simple situations in such a manner.
