    I have had issues with the people who answer the phone and take the information, not communicating it to the drivers. This has been every delivery. Today when I called "admittedly annoyed" the woman hung up on me. I called back immediately, a different woman answered the phone who was very polite. However she was hesitant to give me the name of the individual who hung up on me. I waited 20 minutes in hopes that the individual who hung up on me would decide to be professional and call back. The only reason I am giving them a two is that all of the other people who I have dealt with in the office have been very polite.

    I've never had a problem with them. They call and check to see if I need anything. The girls in the office as well as the driver's are always friendly and polite.

    They've missed three deliveries in a row. Supposed to be once a week. Called today to see if they were coming to exchange bottles and no one answers their phone. I'll be letting the Veterans Administration that this company is not honoring their contract with the VA and their commitment to veterans. They tried to reschedule me once again for a fourth time. I refused and told them I was putting all their equipment outside the fence and they need to come and get it. I'll go purchase my own oxygen if I have too but I won't be inconvenienced any more by these clowns.

    I CALLED YOU SERVICE SATURDAY AND TALKED TO YOUR GUY ON CALL AND HE KEPT TELLING ME THERE WAS NAYHING WRONG WITH MY CONCENTRATOR .I TOLD HIM IT SMELLED LIKE SOMETHING WAS BURNING HE SEEMED LIKE HE COULD CARE LESS SO I TOLD HIM INWILL TAKE IT UP WITH HIS OFFICE MONDAY MORNING. I REALLY THINK YOU GUYS SOULD BE MORE SELECTVE ON THE DRIVERS YOU HIRE. MR. Umbach
