My realtor gave my Fred's number and when I talked to him he was friendly and helpful. Because of that I decided to have him come over and look at my house. Once he looked over everything we talked about what was going on and he answered all of the questions. I had a lot of questions since I know nothing about mold and I never got any impression with him being annoyed, he was happy to help me out. I can't say enough good things about working with Fred and I really liked that he followed everything up with having air quality tests.

Fred was professional and responsive - and when we didn't have electricity he came up with creative solutions. he does a two step process (surfaces and fogging) where others do only one. And he comes back when all construction is done to do a final air scrubbing. All at competitive to low prices. I highly recommend him!

Fred was incredibly prompt, courteous, and professional with his mold service. There had been minor positive tests of mold spores in my home, and Fred promptly dealt with mitigating everything quickly and efficiently. Would absolutely recommend him again to any and all mold/mildew testing and remediation concerns.

CANNOT RECOMMEND MORE HIGHLY FRED AND PURE MAINTENANCE! Other companies you call will tell you it will take weeks if not months and cost you a zillion. When we got Fred we got "sure, I will come over and look." He did out work right away expertly, toured and explained to us, provided backup documentation in less than a week! Price was very reasonable! Services: Mould inspection, Mould removal
