        I cannot say this is my insurance agent's fault, but he is a representative of the Allstate Insurance Company and therefore guilty by association. I submitted extremely well documented, chronological and irrefutable proof that a carwash damaged the rear quarter panel of my vehicle. I acknowledge this was a "weird and rare occurrence" since I have used the same carwash for years prior and still use them today without any other issues. Allstate assured me their Attorneys would recover my deductible. Mind you the carwash agreed to make the repairs and did not change their mind until they saw the costs due to my entire bumper needing to be replaced. Allstate's Nevada Attorneys are based out of Las Vegas and the incident happened in Reno. The attorney told me over the phone that they would not pursue due to logistics and there was not a large enough financial loss for them to "pack up my team and come to Reno". Since Allstate did not experience a loss greater than a few days of providing me with a rental car, about $1K for repairs (My $600 deductible already deducted from actual repair costs) and there being no room for the Attorneys to make a decent buck; too bad for you Mr. insuree. Another fine example of our world and how doing the "right thing" is ignored when there is not enough money involved or to be recovered.

      I’ve been an Allstate customer for years. When my personal Allstate representative decided to sell his business, I thought it was a natural next step in my life to purchase the agency. I opened this office in 2014 and am proud to say we’re the largest agency in the Reno/Sparks/Carson area!Growing up in Northern Nevada, I know this community well. The city of Reno is important to me and being involved is one of my top priorities. I’m a member of the Reno Sparks Chamber of Commerce, the president of LeTip BattleBorn of Reno and area director for LeTip International. I also support Junior Achievement, Rotary Club of Reno, Edward C. Reed High School sports activities and the Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation. My agency looks to be a force for good wherever assistance is needed!My wife and I have three children and are proud grandparents. We love the Reno area. It’s so beautiful and we enjoy skiing, hiking, boating, camping and grandparenting. This area is an outdoorsmen’s paradise!As an agency, our combined experience is next to none. Two staff members have worked in my office for more than 20 years each! Two others who have owned their own agencies in the past and have 40 and 20 years of insurance experience, respectively. We have four staff members who speak Spanish, so I’m confident you will be taken care of here.
