This place has potential to be a cool place to stay but it definitely needs an update.

The room had a foul smell and there was no hot water! The property refused to refund the room! Do not book here!!! There are homeless ppl on the street too. Such a gross place to stay!!!! I repeat do not book here!!!!! My stay began march 10 2024. May be under my legal name of Lorena but yes I did have reservations. I checked out early! I did message directly with no response.

Nice older time share hotel just off of downtown Reno. This hotel appears to have been converted from apartments or something a while ago. Rooms were clean. Staff was incredible. Always friendly and willing to help. Rooms have small kitchens with stove, microwave, small fridge and cooking utensils, and dishes etc. Walmart is a 10 minute drive. Very family friendly as there are no slot machines or gambling games. Prices are reasonable but I don't get the daily resort fee. I would use them again. But bring your own coffee maker and coffee, the one provided is small and does one cup from a prepackaged filter pod. I went to a nearby thrift store and bought a Mr. Coffee for $5.00. No breakfast is offered. Rooms: Older rooms were clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Nearby activities: Discovery museum and Harrah's car museum are walking distance. Casinos are a 5 minute drive. Walmart and grocery stores are 10 minutes away. Safety: Seems fairly secure. Neighborhood appears reasonably safe. There is a church across the street that serves the homeless.
