        I have been trying to contact this place for almost 2 weeks since I found out I was pregnant. Been on wait for over 15 minutes. Was told if I wanted a call back to state my name and number and they'd call me back. This was around 2pm. NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK. I have tried numerous times after to contact them and NOTHING. And it's all been different times thru out the day as well. Really upsetting........

        If I could give it zero stars I would. 35 mins to just to talk to someone & another 5mins just so she can go check the schedule and tell me its a 2month wait. They cancel last minute!

        If i could leave 0 i would. Been rescheduled so often, staff is so incredibly unfriendly. Not even an ounce of compassion for canceling an appointment i had to make far out to begin with. why are the doctors NEVER in? why cant we get care? dont think ill be returning. I thought this would be such a good place because the doctor (when i actually got to see her) was so nice and explained things to me so clearly, but shes never in. the person on the phone admitted that to me.

        I have been going to this practice since I was pregnant with my son, 12 years ago. Dr. Jacobs is the absolute best doctor I have ever had. He delivered both of my kids and does all of my female checkups. I trust him and adore him! He has always been so kind and professional. I have recommended him to many friends who have all agreed that he is amazing. I have never had any issues with the staff or scheduling. I know they are a busy practice but I always get in quickly. I will continue to see Dr. Jacobs as long as he is practicing!

        I called so many times , leave call back last week , today They finally answered but she hang up on me while Im talking . I been waiting to have appointment with this but they will keep me hold for hours. Not happy at all .
