When we faced the difficult decision to arrange hospice care for our 80-year-old mother, our expectations were centered on finding support that could ease the inherent challenges of the situation. Our initial choice, Gentiva Hospice, unfortunately, led to a stressful experience marked by a lack of consistent communication and unmet expectations, leaving us concerned about the standard of care across the hospice industry. However, our experience with Eden Hospice provided a much-needed shift in perspective. Right from the start, Eden Hospice differentiated themselves through better communication, the professionalism of their staff, and the level of support offered. Impressively, within the first day of their care, they managed the provision of new medications for our mother, and swiftly followed with the delivery of essential home equipment to improve her comfort. This efficiency was complemented by clear scheduling and the consistency of care providers, which was a significant improvement over our previous experience. Eden Hospice has significantly reduced our stress and has been a reliable source of support throughout this period. Their team has shown a commitment to care that has exceeded our initial expectations. While our positive experience could partly be due to having an exceptional team, it seems reflective of Eden Hospice's overall standard of service. Choosing Eden Hospice turned out to be a decision that brought comfort and support to our family during a challenging time. Their approach to care has made a noticeable difference in our lives, and we believe that they offer a level of service that is commendable in the hospice industry.

I dont know how I could have done it without EDEN HEALTH CARE , they came to my home . Their was A nurse, P.T. and O.T. within days of my discharge from then hospital. It was excellent care. Eden helped me so much. Im 63 and had broken both bones in my leg. Now Im on my way to walking again thanks to EDEN HEALTH CARE, of Reno, nv. Thank you again Mary Berry

I wish I could write a positive review re Eden but I cannot. Their assembly-line home care visitations lacked dedicated treatment, honest personal interaction with those suffering and failed to live up to the Mission statement of their own Admission Packet. A few of their staff were decent but even they quickly fell into the cold world that America's medical industrial complex has descended. I would caution anyone seeking health care for one's elderly parent to fully vet this company with a view that there are many others from which to chose from. S. Cataldo
