Trying to sell me on a new panel when one lug was bad 5k quote for 100 dollar ebay part . My suggestion is use a company that's willing to fix something versus selling you something new

You had to get a reconditioned lug because the panel is old & no longer in production. I’m not willing to risk my employees or my business to accommodate your old & outdated panel. It’s as simple as that. You are putting all of your tenants at risk & I would do it again.
