HORRIBLE WORKMANSHIP AND FRAUDULENT CHARGES. STAY AWAY. It took a dozen trips and three months to complete our project, which was five shower doors for a newly constructed home. The workmanship was horrible. One panel was misfabricated and needed to be reordered. The doors were not aligned properly--the heights of the top edges of the doors and adjacent fixed panels were over 1/2 inch different. One was so far off it needed to be reordered as well. A third panel was damaged during installation and also needed to be reordered. Some of the doors were so tight to the shower curb that they could not be opened. Some of the caulk joints were 3/4 of an inch wide, and the caulk looked terrible. It was rough, smeared everywhere, discolored, with embedded dirt. In certain areas, there were also voids in the caulk where the joint wasn't fully sealed and water could leak out. We asked Ray to remove and reapply the caulk in a few particularly bad locations, and the second attempt was no better than the first. We'll need to re-do it ourselves. Furthermore, Ray walked around in our brand new high-end bathtub with dirty boots and scratched and damaged the finish so badly we will need to have the tub resurfaced. It is heartbreaking. Upon completion of the project, we specifically asked for a statement before they billed us for the final installment payment. We received no statement but discovered that they had retained our credit card information without our consent and charged us approximately $1200 more than our contract amount. When we protested and asked for an accounting (and provided our own accounting of what was owed) they became rude, unresponsive and refused to adjust the charges.

Scheduled appointments twice to review and estimate my project. No show, no call both times. Not very professional and wasted my time waiting for them to show up.
