Our business was recently in need of new computers for our two offices. We contacted Chris at SimpleTech to ask for his advice on which equipment he would recommend for us. He interviewed our managing partner and offered to research the systems we needed. He found the package that we were looking for, provided us with an exact price for the systems and what it would cost to install them for us. For a small business this is a very daunting task. Chris and his staff recently completed the work and we could not be happier. His expertise reduced our stress. The install process was fast, and SimpleTech made sure our down time was kept to a minimum. Chris answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He came back to each location to help with some troublesome printer issues. We are functioning much faster and much more efficient. SimpleTech is as good as they come. Chris is the best I've ever seen! He has come to our business multiple times and fixes whatever problem we are having that day!
