Unacceptable ,the bourbon chicken is straight char, and one of the employees decided it was acceptable to comment on my friends weight for asking for an extra entree,completely disrespectful and the food is disgusting.

Been there many times was very unsatisfied with what they presented to us the food was gone basically it was dinner time and it should have been totally packed with fresh food there was hardly anything to choose from the food was hard when we ate it there was no flavor it seems as though they got a new cook was very very disappointed and won't be back.

We go here every time we are at the mall. Today, they were out of food (lunch time. Totally understandable) so my parents (in their 70’s) asked how long. The kid flipped his hand in the air & said “I don’t want to get your hopes up, but good luck”. When my dad asked for some chicken (there wasn’t enough) he responded “well sorry about that”. Then he started getting snotty when my mother repeated, “we just want to know how long the wait will be”. He was very rude, snotty, flippant & clearly hates his job. I felt bad for the guy working the register - who was very sweet. He was the ONLY reason I bought the food. He continually apologized for the kids behavior. Absolutely no excuse. Guess we will be getting Sbarro. From now on.

The owner and older gentleman is very rude to the customers and the young lady.. I feel for her.. food was very disgusting and greasy. I payed for the food and gave it to some in need.. happy Easter and God bless

Food is good. I just can’t believe how much they served me for the price. Took my family out to eat and ended up going somewhere else after to fill us up. Panda at least fills up the trays
