Bad Business! This company practices bad business. My fiance and I went in to this dealership to sell our 3500 dodge ram dually Laramie Longhorn edition with 23,000 miles. We spoke with Mike who advised us that they will give us $51,000 for the truck guaranteed. He advised us that the price wouldn't change. A week later we went back in and spoke with Tom who claimed that although it was already appraised by Mike for $51,000 he would have to do another appraisal because the day we went back in Mike conveniently wasn't there and Tom refused to honor the original price. Tom stated that the appraisal would only take about 10-15 minutes, but it ended up taking an hour and a half for him to come back and say $50,000 for the truck which by the way was in the same condition it was before. Tom's reasoning was because of the 3 recalls on the truck which I know did not cost $1,000, so why Tom went down $1,000 on the truck made absolutely no sense to me. After he wasted an hour and a half of our time we took our business elsewhere. There are too many dealers in Reno Nv, that practice bad business and Internet Auto Rent and Sales is one to be aware of. I do not recommend this dealer for selling your vehicle as they do not keep to their word.

Bought a car from this company a little over a year ago and even with regular maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, etc.) the engine on the car has blown up. I attempted to trade the car in after 12 months of good payment history (like I was informed I could) and was told I owed more on the car than it was worth and would need at least $3000 down to trade in my car. Of the first year I owned the car they had it in their possession for at least 6 months for repairs that began occurring 15 minutes after I drove off the lot. Be cautious when shopping here...I would recommend bringing a male with you if you are an individual women entering this establishment. I feel I was taken advantage of and was also not treated very nicely by the sales agent or mechanic department once I signed the paper work.
