Wow,,What a pleasure,,I love my new Bank..!!..Personal Banker,,Guy Hamelin is Magical..!!..I realized that I was taking a chance asking to become a NEW CUSTOMER at 4:30 pm on Monday..but He made it happen..!!..I'm still amazed as to what ALL happened in 25 minutes..!! ie: **Discussed MY CHOICES & BEST OPTIONS regarding a NEW Checking Account **Picked out my preferred ATM card **Updated my personal information **Made a small deposit **Explained to me in Detail as I signed each page **RECEIVED my new ATM card (PRINTED & READY TO USE.!!) **TREATED with a Relax/Sound Therapy Device as a Welcoming Gift **Said our GOOD-BYES & THANK YOU'S and was OTD..!! (out the door) @5pm..!! NICE

Run, do not walk, far from this outdated and inept institution. Need to access your funds after opening your account? Nope. Need to use Zelle to pay for products/services? Nope. Need a website that looks like is was made after 1986? Negative. As a small business owner who needs access to his funds (I know, crazy, right?), HB has simply created headache after headache. Can't wait to close my account and open up a new one with UFCU.

They helped me better than Bank of America. I needed an ATM card the same day I opened my account in order to pay my rent and they were able to answer my questions, promptly and professionally helping me to achieve my goal. Thank you team at 2330 S Virginia for helping me that day.
