        Just got my 2024 RAV4 tinted (2nd vehicle done by Custom Concepts). Fast, reliable service each visit. I have sent multiple buddies here, and will continue to do so. You do not need to worry about bubbles / peeling with this shop as long as you follow proper curing procedures. Best tinting in NV!

        Shoddy work. Paid him 350 cash and a week later the tint peels up and crinkles because he didn't even bother to tuck the tint behind the rubber door seals. Upon inspection, he cut them all about 1/4" short, rather than removing the door panels and bringing the tint below the level of the rubber door seal so that the tint won't get peeled up. He also didn't drop the eyebrow to the correct level that I wanted. Now the car is in another state and I will have to pay a better tint shop to re-do the windows.

        I got a new car and need my windows tinted and the pricing was amazing and affordable and got me in quick. They did a excellent job on tinting my car windows and it turned out clean. The customer service is professional and friendly and polite. Highly recommend place to go to get windows tinting done.

      Chad, I’m very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with custom concepts That is definitely not normally the case. I would’ve loved to have the opportunity to take a look at the vehicle or repair any issues that you would’ve had but like you mentioned the car in another state if you happen to bring it back to Reno we’re happy to help out with the issuesWe’ve been in business over 26 years with 95% + of our customers very happy !Generally, the only time the film will move and crinkle (especially from the bottom-edge) is if the windows are rolled down sooner than a week in colder weather! They need to fully cure first! The film takes a week to fully cure and bond to the window so yes, even a window gasket could move the film. That is the customers responsibility!!! We can’t control what happens to the vehicle once it leaves the shop!!!!! However, not a bad Tint job! Tucking the film is not necessary, nor is removing the door panel common practice in a professional Tint job! We explain in great detail not to roll the windows down for this exact reason for a week in colder weather! Again, more than happy to help resolve the situation if the vehicle can be brought into the shop We are
