If this dealer has done you wrong, be absolutely honest with the surveys they send you from Subaru (Not Lithia!). The surveys from the manufacture are so important as they pay big money to the dealer for customer satisfaction..........make sure you're satisfied! Help others and be honest so Lithia changes their predatory capitalism practices. They do not need to make this much money from you. This dealer has went to greed and now they're no different than Lithia Hyundai. Keep in mind that Lithia Motors reported $5,200+ profit per vehicle (Q4 2023) so do not feel bad when you walk right out of this dealer for them attempting to take advantage of your hard earned cash. I have bought 6 vehicles with Lithia Subaru and they will never get another penny more. How much should these greedy dealers make from you.........$5,200?. I took their frame off my Outback as I am in rideshare and have been informing everyone that asks about the car to not get one here! I hope just by someone reading this it cost Lithia $5200 by going somewhere else with better deals (my goal is 50 people to save from this place). They have new managers, Chip and Joseph, that still need time learning about loyal customers and not robbing the community. Randy used to know but looks like corporate went ahead and let the younger know it alls take over. Free advertising ive done with my rideshare business in Reno/Tahoe with Lithia is over! Now it's going to be the exact opposite.

Brought my 2022 Outback in for an oil change and a warrantee issue recently. They had to keep the car 2 days to try to replicate the issue I was having but they were able to fix the issue which was great. When my husband picked up the car, it smelled like oil, but it was closing time so he assumed a bit of oil had spilled and that it would burn off soon. Unfortunately, the next day the burning oil smell was getting worse and we started to see smoke coming from under the hood after driving at 25-45 MPH for 5-10 minutes. When we popped the hood we saw oil everywhere and knew something was wrong. My husband ended up taking me home since I am 3 months pregnant and he didn't want me breathing in the fumes, and headed back to the service center to have them address the issue. He spent the next 3+ hours on his only day off waiting for the issue to be fixed. When he arrived the person checking him in said that it looked like there was a seal or gasket missing, but when they were done the tech said that it was an oil filter failure and took no responsibility for the mistake, even though there was clear evidence something was not right when the car was initially picked up. They said they cleaned what they could and my husband brought the car home since it was close to closing time. The next day, we noticed that there were oil stains on our driveway and in the garage where the car was, and after trying to clean them the best we could, we put down a piece of cardboard to test if it was still leaking. Sure enough, the next morning there were more oil leaks on the cardboard. My husband brought the car in yet again, taking time out of his workday, and they found that they never emptied the oil pan so there was excess oil leaking out of it. They cleaned it again and promised that it was all good to go. There is still a slight smell of burning oil when I drive the car, but it is starting to dissipate more. We are just disappointed because we have been coming to this service station for 2 years with no issues, but now we have unfortunately had to waste 6+ hours to go back and forth to get this taken care of, plus the time and inconvenience of cleaning up the oil stains on our property and having to breath in fumes that no one, let alone a pregnant woman, should be breathing in. We did not ask for any compensation, but feel that the customer service was severely lacking after the amount of inconvenience that we had to go through. We will still be coming in for warrantee issues that arise, but will be going elsewhere for oil changes from now on.
