        I used to like this place a lot until COVID. Since covid I am completely taken back by their inability to accommodate the customer. I have asthma so I don’t wear face masks because of my difficulty breathing and close brush with death due to respiratory failure twice. I have a medical card signed by my doctor saying I cannot wear a mask. In these situations wear I have to wear some kind of face covering I wear a face shield. But I was informed on the phone the other a face shield is not good enough. Are you kidding me??? I’m tired of this plandemic and an HMO that continues to violate my HIPPA rights. After not seeing my doctor for well over looks like I’ll be canceling my doctors appointment again because of their complete inability to meet the needs of people with respiratory problems. It was much better when this place was owned by Healthcare Partners. The place has gotten much worse since it changed ownership. It makes me wonder why IHC is still even in business.
