        I called them again since they responded to my emergency a couple of months ago. I was given a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way. As usual, they came prepared and ready to work. They are friendly and professional. Once I showed them the pipe that was cracked, I had to rush to the back to get my dog situated, all of 5 minutes. When I returned to the front, they had already completed the job! they also changed a couple of sprinkler heads so I wouldn't flood the plants. Don gave me several important tips on watering and pruning. I was most appreciative and will be using them again for some planned sprinkler maintenance. Service: Irrigation system repair/maintenance

        Have called 2 days in a row. Need sprinkler valve replaced . Nobody calls back. Very poor service
