If I could choose minus stars I would, My last experience with them was AWFUL! I work at a middle school in Las Vegas, NV and we have frequently used this company but this experience has erased all good experiences we had in the past. on 5/20/17 The buses were 3 hours late! leaving 115 kids plus adults outside the school in the dark at 4:30am scheduled departure time (in the hood). No call from the company was made to prepare us for the late arrival of the busses, it wasn't until I called several times they were able to reach a supervisor who tried to explain that the drivers were not eligible to drive yet and it would be awhile before he could legally release them (I was understandably very angry and upset). That is a problem for the company not the customer you as the company should have drivers dispatched from the property on time and with no excuse we paid +$6,000.00 dollars for you to have 3 busses ready on time and to drive us to or destination Six Flags, CA (We were suppose to be at the part by the opening at 10am didn't make it until 12:30 cutting into the time in the park we also paid for) If they couldn't accommodate a trip that was scheduled for over two months in advance . It only got worse from there, one of the 3 drivers we got was nothing but problems she was fighting with the other drivers , she also cut off one of the busses ON THE FREEWAY going 60 MPH almost causing a serious collision thankfully the driver's reaction avoided contact with the bus but causing her to pull off to the shoulder to avoid and she had to compose herself she was very fearful and so were our kids on the bus(the remainder of the trip that bus driver was very upset and on the verge of tears). This isn't the end, the driver of our 3rd bus (the one who almost caused the accident) refuse to communicate with the other drivers and stopped at a rest stop for 30 mins with no explanation of why got off the bus and keep all passengers on the bus LOCKED IN. Our teachers were unable to get off the bus at all, She came back and FILLED THE BUS WITH GAS WITH ENGINE ON AND ALL THE PASSENGERS ON THE BUS!!! (ILLEGAL) and she was a whole hour behind the other busses and parents were extremely concerned because the kids on bus 3 were not back yet or answering the phone to find the status of her arrival and some parents overheard the other 2 drivers talking about how she is "crazy, unsafe, unprofessional" she was this caused our parents to panic about the safety of the children(not an easy situation to deal with). Her careless actions were so unprofessional and unsafe I couldn't even believe this happened! Then still not being contacted by a supervisor in regards to them after sending 25 pages of adult witness statements and complaints. I am so angry and unhappy with the unprofessional practices that was and still is being provided. I have left several messages for people to contact me back and as of 5/30/17 a WHOLE WEEK after terrible experience I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A CALL. The company just recently changed to SILVERADO STAGES and I don't know if it is the change over that is bad or what but this was the WORST experience I have ever encountered.

They fired the whole wash crew without notice. But was planning this for a while could have be straight with people, we have families too.
