When I called with a complaint from another store, he swiftly stepped in, thinking outside the box and demonstrating exceptional leadership skills. I wholeheartedly recommend that he be tasked with training others, particularly Chance from the Farm Road location, who is in dire need of coaching on delivering excellent customer service. Armando's grace and effectiveness in handling the situation have left a lasting impression on me. I'm willing to drive an extra 20 minutes out of my way, solely because of the remarkable assistance he provided. Well done, Armando!

        Didnt get any of the extra sauces I paid for! Food wasnt delivered and I called. They claimed they tried calling me but no they didnt. Finally a hour after original estimated time of delivery I got my food! Never again do I get from this store!
