We've received 5 pairs of glasses 4 of them with glass lenses my pair plastic or polyurethane whatever they say it was they have scratches (not the 4 with glass lenses) wasn't told the proper way of cleaning them 3 weeks past warranty they won't do anything!!!! Of course they said you're due for a retest they just what to milk the insurance and yourself.... This place isn't recommended for anyone please go somewhere else please!!!!!!!

They are always very helpful. If something happens to my glasses it doesn't cost much to fix them. Very patient.

I went to get eye glasses. When I arrived I was told to pick out frames " several times" very helpful on this matter, before I even saw the Dr. I did the exam and bought the least expensive frames in the store. With insurance it ran me about $600. It is what it is. Upon receiving the glasses I took them home and after about a week still could not see. I was told to give it two weeks. I called back and insisted on another exam. Once I arrived the store manager gave me a very hard time about the second exam. Upon the 2 nd exam the Dr told me I had dry eyes and many variables would effect my vision on a day to day basis. After about a week I got my second prescription and still could not see. My insurance only covers one eye exam a year and she was not going to help me. I did finally figure out wearing the glasses up side down in bed I could see in my right eye. Fast forward 4 years later. I had not gone to another eye Dr as this one made me feel like it was " my eyes" and I just became resigned. Now it's time to take my drivers test and I knew I would not pass. I made a appointment with a optomologist This was like night and day the two appointments. I explained my story. The exam was extensive and thorough. I was never pushed into buying frames. I took my prescription to eye glass world and bought two frames. One bifocals one driving. Oddly enough my eye sight is worse 4 years later yet with my new glasses I can see what feels like crystal clear. And read. I felt a weight lift off my shoulders. Please do not ever become discouraged. This Dr is not good or caring and made me feel small inferior and un important. As if I was a bother.
