Leave it to the professionals, folks! Worth every penny. My lock from my garage to house was stuck in the locked position. Since it was approaching 20 years old I decided to buy new locks for all the exterior doors. After delivery (from Amazon) I decided I would install myself. By the grace of God I was lucky enough to install the first one (almost perfectly) but failed on my second attempt. So I called VegasStrong to "assist" me with the remaining installations. Within 20 minutes, Eddie, called be back and within 1.5 hours he had finished all eight locks and fixed the one I had ALMOST installed correctly. Unless you install locks often there are many "little" tricks that are not shown on the U-Tube videos. Thank you, Eddie, for your kind spirit and for taking care of my issue promptly.
