I have never or wanted to do business with this company. I would suggest you do not as well. This company has showed up at my house claiming to work with TEP (not sure if they actually do), they have done so on several occasions. The first, the gentleman knocked on my door and upon answering the door he was over at my neighbor's window it looked as if he was trying to look in. I asked if I could assist him with anything. He began acting weird and started saying that he was with TEP and needed to change the meter. I asked why he did not have a uniform with the TEP logo on it. He answered with showing me the back of his badge. I asked him to leave my property. He refused, I phoned the police, he left with absolutely zero hesitation. The second incident happened about a couple weeks later when I received a very loud and powerful knock on my door, literally shaking my windows. When I opened the door I was presented with a gentleman who was wearing the same uniform as before. I instructed the gentleman to remove himself from my property and after some hesitation he did leave. Once again I have never actually done business with this company but due to the shady and questionable business practices of its employees I will not reccomend anyone going to them.
