First visit went fine. But when you bring your daughter w a negative result for covid from care now and a negative for flu and they "receptionist" on the second window tells u the Dr can not see her because she is sick. It's highly concerning. Would not recommend for pediatrics to anyone. Horrid.

DONT COME HERE!! Ive been a patient a couple years now and lately its been a disappointment with communication and referrals. I never get to see Dr. Martinez its always with a nurse practitioner at physical appts or phone appts. Ive been extremely patient with them BUT Ive been in pain and NEED a Podiatrist that takes my insurance. They continue to say reach out to specialists provided for me but its never successful. Therefore its been going on about two months now and its time to change PCP. So to let you know this place is Not the best and I feel Dr. Martinez should be more intimate with her patients and more accurate as far as communication. As far as Dr. Martinez she doesnt seem as professional in appearance or professional . I feel this place isnt serious as they should be. The receptionist seems to try her best but not very accurate. I took this place due to location but I learned if i have to travel more miles for BETTER quality then I will. Im use to at least seeing THE ACTUAL DOCTOR more than a couple times. I literally ONLY seen her twice. Sad!

Really very bad service in my first consultation and I already had the first problem to begin with, they asked me for a quick physical check-up when I was not there for any other health problem but only for the thyroid, at the window when checking my studies from the other clinic they told me I was abnormal and inside they told him I was fine then? What was the purpose of sending me to have a physical checkup and charging him the 250 dollars and to close with a flourish my medicine was not sent and it is a controlled medicine that I do not have to stop taking and that's how I had to spend the entire weekend, I call and they assure me that if they sent it, I told the lady no and she answers me in an arrogant manner, I notify the doctor and she simply leaves the call...marco and Marco and they don't answer that bad service from all of them, they are not friendly at all, they all have the face as if they were forced to be there. Terrible service.

Please read the yelp reviews for this business. Unfortunately the provider here rushes through appointments. They won't take the time to explain anything in a way you can understand and when you reach out for more help they will continue to bombard you and even raise their voice on the phone, I highly advise you do not go here! They will mess up your prescriptions and make you feel like any concerns you have are your fault. Terrible practice!
