I had some issues with my T-mobile account and I got some misinformation from customer care. The team members here were very helpful and resolved my issues right away. The customer service level here is amazing. They blew me away with follow up phone calls, their exceptional customer service, and understanding.

Monte is the best. My husband and I literally have a T- Mobile right by our house but travel to this location just because of the service we recieve everytime we come. Best service ever
