Sedona at Lone Mountain

This place is infested with roaches but charge every month for pest control. If you come out at night roaches will chase you. And people here do not clean up after their dogs

This place over charges.. The main manager Alma is very rude and tacts on charges for no reason. She also talks to others not on the lease about your personal information and matters she calls your family members. I left in July and I just got a bill that I owe ! For more charges. She has no remorse for her tenants

I just moved here 2 months ago, the apartment is okay definitely older.. the complex is quiet which is great.. I moved from az and my 2 bedroom in az was way bigger than my 3 bedroom now.. the one major thing about these apartment is the water, trash and sewer bill is extremely high.. this is my second month and I am paying 150. I am not sure if that a vegas thing but it's crazy.. the sewer is higher than the water so I am assuming there's some issue with the pipes.another thing is my master bedroom keeps crickets, I literally have to kill or throw them outside daily..I am not sure where they are coming from but I spray and spray and they keep coming.... the office crew is great they respond back quickly...

I have really enjoyed living here. The office is super nice and always helping me or answering my 20 questions. Even though I've had a good experience with all of the office girls I especially appreciate Naelli, she is very patient and helpful! The maintenance is quick to respond and they really fix things around here. I only give 4/5 stars because I have had a couple of roaches in my house but we hardly ever see them and there's some mold growing in the bathroom where the drain is. Other than that, the gym is nice, the pool is nice and the people around here are nice. A good apartment for a good price!
