        Was supposed to come to my house to install a water softener system and made an appointment for sometime between 9-12pm. I call them at 10am to make sure theyre coming and they say 2-5 pm. Okay no big deal. I wait until 4pm and called the schedulers again and nobody answers. I called Troy and he said Charles was definitely coming, and hed let me know what time. Day goes by, no answers from anybody, and I tried calling everybody again and nobody answers. A whole day wasted due to bad communication. Do not use them if you are expecting a responsive service
