Jesse is super nice but a bit hard to get a hold of. His guys are FANTASTIC! They did a beautiful job on my floors including all the finish work around the baseboard. Art, who works for Jesse did an amazing job installing our LVP. His attention to detail was very good. He is a master of creating as little waste of product as possible. Jesse is a very personable guy, and answered any questions and installation challenges quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend JS Flooring.

Gayle and I recently purchased a home in the Genoa area that was truly in "move in" condition.  However, there were a few things we wanted to change. One was the brown carpeting in the living room and one of the guest bedrooms, for we decided that hardwood floors would be a better choice. The carpet was of high quality and we opted kept it in the master bedroom and the other guest bedroom.  The first thing we did was go over to Nova Tile & Stone in Minden and pick out some wood samples.  We brought them home, compared them to the tile in the Kitchen and Dining Room, and decided on a cooler hickory pattern that better matched the high desert area of our home.  In contrast, the wood floors in our former Pleasant Hill CA home were much warmer.  Months later, we love the floors, but that distinction did take some getting used to. Now that the wood flooring material was selected, we needed to know how much we needed to buy and who could install it.  One of Nova's recommendation was JS Flooring.  Jesse quickly responded to our call and was soon out to measure the floor, advise on how much to buy, and produce a quote (a little later on line).  We quickly accepted the offer, purchased the wood, and hunkered in to wait for the order to arrive, be delivered, and be acclimatized to the surroundings. Jesse actually picked up the wood at Nova and brought it into the house.  A couple weeks later, he and his crew very deliberately and expertly installed the floor.  This was a multi-day job and Jesse kept us appraised along the way.  We were very pleased with his professionalism, work quality, and of course our new floor. The jury is still out on whether we'll keep the remaining carpet, which we also enjoy.  But if we decide to got to wood, we'll be sure to call Jesse at JS Flooring to make that happen.
