They never answer their phone or email inquiries. Had to go in store just to get an update on the car ( several times ). They gave us 4 different days as to when the car would be ready, but each time they told us it still wasnt ready. Very unprofessional.

I have had two cars in for minor body work and panting. The Lexus was the rear bumper with a
pearl white color. Excellent repair and perfect match. Then my Dodge front bumper that someone ran a shopping cart retriever into. Again, a perfect match. Very happy. Bob Neamy

Do not ever, and I repeat ever, try to do business with this company. Roy, the receptionist LOL is the only person you will ever see or talk to, has no clue what is going on in the shop. We tried to work with them in July of 2022. Our Progressive insurance sent them a check for over 3K to fix a small hole in the back of our RV on July 21. It's been one excuse after another every month we try to get it on their schedule for the work they were paid for six months ago to be done. And the last time we went in to talk face to face he confused us with someone else that had said screw it an went elsewhere. BEWARE

Took my truck in for cab damage and rear window. My truck ran fine when I took it in. When I got my truck back it had 2 dead batteries a fried alternator and CPU Unit. They didn't even have the decency to tell me the batteries had gone low and they jump started it. They had it for almost 4 weeks and the glass that was put in was broken and had to be replaced again that took 2 more weeks. My truck was in the mechanics shop another 2 weeks because of the damage they caused. Cost me 4800.00 in damage. Service: Body & Trim
