      image Falcon Ridge Dental is a Friendly, efficient and dependable dental operation. Very highly knowlegeable, expert dental care and friendly environment for a small town. My husband and I have our teeth cleaned annually and I was amazed at my crown replacement and how much better my bite is!

      image Because I am not a patient, my emergency is not a priority to them. That's incredibly bad business and really harsh to tell someone who is suffering and willing to pay cash to have an issue fixed.

      I'm sorry you felt like you weren't a priority. You gave us one option of a time you could come in and Dr. Harmer had 4 patients at that time. We did offer you other options when we could see you and you hung up on us. Sorry that we couldn't help you get out of pain!
