Witnessed one of my great friends moms being screamed at the front desk over a doctors note. Not really sure why that even happened.

I received a diagnosis of low iron anemia. Somebody called with a heavy accent telling me to take iron..that's all..no how much..how often..etc..then i call the office to ask how much to take...now they want me to come in for an appt..was just there. My life isn't a game..I'm in real bad shape...they don't care. I had to look it up on the internet. I don't know about you but this not the way a dr. Should act. I'll be switching Dr.'.very disappointed in this place.

This office is the worst! So unprofessional and lacks compassion! They told me to go find another doctor since I live in two different cities although my house is in Las Vegas. So rude! Its true what they say about Las Vegas, medical is the worst in the country here and this office has proven that to be true. Best part is I found an amazing doctor OUTSIDE of this area!!!

I have always had a great experiences when coming to the office. Everyone is always friendly, patient and answers all my questions. Amanda makes my experiences feel personal and comfortable. The Dr. takes the time to listen to all my concerns and answer all my questions. I recommend Nevada Health and Wellness.

The doctor has an ego talking about the job of the nurse vs herself. Which is akward. I have been wait8ng 48 hrs for a callback on a perscription reaction and change needed. Been on hold 30 min for a janky referral. For them to tell me to call a phone number and figure it out. Just establish care somewhere else
