        Mark Philippi is a smart guy who really takes this very seriously. I had some low back pain while deadlifting and I trained with him for 2 hours almost a year ago. He was really interested in my prior training and health history to help diagnose any type of issues pertaining to the rehab of my lower back. We spoke about these issues over a cup of coffee he made for me. After the workout my CNS was shot (which I didn't mind) and I learned a lot. During the workout, he was able to pick weights to not aggravate my lower back pain. Well many months later my lower back issues are almost 100% resolved and I am going to try to train at PSI again in September of 2020.
