Cashman Professional

We got engaged at the Strat Hotel in Las Vegas and the hotel has a package for proposals where it comes with a photographer (this company) and some prints. Super disappointed in the photos. The photo quality was good, the shots were definitely not. In the moment of the proposal, the photographer (i think name was Chris) got the staff member in the background, standing right beside us. The moment looked so weird. I understand, it was candid, so it happens, but even the staged ones were messy. It was windy, so strands of hair were blowing all over. The photographer was not meticulous enough to check the photos in between shots. A staged photo can be redone to fix stray hairs. It takes a few extra minutes to make the photos of a momentous occasion perfect. Also, on my arm where my ring was, I was wearing hair ties and a fitbit. Obviously, everything was moving fast for me, so I didn't notice to take them off, but it looks awful looking back. I wish the photographer noticed these things to make sure our photos were amazing. We got 6 free prints with the package (but you had to pay shipping...) and we literally were looking for photos that were salvageable. We don't even brag about the photos to family and friends because they weren't great and that sucks that one of the first things I think about with my proposal is how the photos my partner paid to have in the package came out awful. I would not recommend them to do momentous occasions. Maybe if it's a stage photoshoot, where they can control all the elements, they would be good.

We just got married at Caesars Palace on March 6th. Our pictures through cashman professional turned out perfect. The slideshow of our pictures even had a song that has become our favorite song and was perfect for our situation. It was both our second marriage and we have been together for 21 years. We weren't expecting such perfect pictures and it turned out that way for us. The photographer was great with not only us but also with all our guests and everybody raved about him. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding day.

My wedding took place on October 2019 at Treasure Island. Cashman professional was the photography company that came with my wedding package. I am very unsatisfied that 80% of my pictures are trash! Our photographer (Only ONE Person) did not make us feel special during our photo session. We felt very rushed and she did not make us aware of when she was snapping the photos and did not reattempt to retake any photos. I empathize it was a SINGLE photographer rushing to snap photos at different angles. There is honestly nothing that can be redone for myself so i did not file a complaint with the venue nor Cashman professional. All the captured memories from my wedding make me upset and TRULY wished i would have just paid for an outside or even freelance photographer. Or would have paid extra for my guests to record/take pictures. My wedding guest honestly captured way better pictures which made feel a little better with just the few they have for me. And i directly went through Cashman Professional purchase my wedding photo digital rights and i honestly regret it. I am being bluntly honest because i would not want anyone else to have a bad experience. If you go select them to do your photos best wishes to you and hope you get better results!
