After I change the water filter the water is much "worse" than before, then I try to contact them they just keep saying that is "normal". Could you believe that? Spend money to drink much worse water. They also have really bad customer service. When I talk to them they repeat the information over and over again and don't let people to talk.

ON BEHALF OF HARVEY S. " I would like to take the opportunity to touch base with you and compliment Quality Water (Formerly Hanson Water) Field Supervisor Robert Demerath. Mr. Demerath was very professional and helpful in assessing the situation with our water softener system. He offered options and discussed the pro and cons or repair versus replacement. We respected his candor and cheerful demeanor when deciding on the best solution for us at this time. We were impressed with the prompt service and response by your Manager in bringing the replacement equipment that very afternoon. The installation by Mr. Demerath was observed to be expertly done with care and his cleanup of the work area showed a respect for our home. Robert is a great representative for your Company. Finally, I personally appreciated Mr. Demerath explaining the operation of the water softener system. It was very educational and his suggestions about operation and servicing the system were well received. "
