Cody has been working with my son, Hayden, on acting, singing, and tapping for almost a year now and the difference in his abilities and more importantly, his confidence, are indescribable. Cody does a great job at not only teaching skills and techniques but also encouraging his students to stretch their limits and try things outside their comfort zone. We are unbelievably thankful for the improvements Cody has helped Hayden make and can’t wait to see where his enhanced abilities and confidence lead him next.

I have had the pleasure of being an accompanist for Cody for individual voice lessons as well as group voice classes. He has received extensive vocal training and successfully implements excellent technique onto his students. He is patient and caters to the individuality of each person. His teaching style is flexible and he is able to quickly assess someone in order to teach them the most effectively.
Cody is a passionate and engaging instructor and his love of musical theatre combined with his professional training and experience make him the best instructor.

Cody is an outstanding director and teacher! My daughter was cast in a production he directed, and it was the best experience she has had in musical theater. She also took Cody’s musical theatre class and now takes voice lessons from him, and she has improved greatly in all areas. Studying with Cody had a huge impact on my singing and performing. His ability to help me connect to my upper register brought new ease in my belting and better control/expression in my lighter head voice and falsetto. To this day I call on exercises I learned from Cody to help me warm up before singing and I even pass on some of these methods to others I work with in the live or studio setting.
