Worst costumer service i have ever had went in there with 5 PS 3 games and couldnt even leave with one PS4 game i would tell everyone not to go there

This place is super cool. Lots of neat stuff and variety of everything. No prices on a lot of things tho. It also reeked a bit of BO and Im not sure if thats because of the area itself, or the employees poor hygiene. I went in to try and see if I could get my GameCube repaired, and asked the girl working if they are able to do so; considering they advertise they do repairs. She acted as if we were bothering her, gave a dirty look and goes "No." then walked away and then said "we haven't been able to do repairs for a couple weeks now. Sorry" and sat on her phone the entire time as well. She did not greet us or even make any effort to acknowledge us. Even if I wanted to buy something, I didn't want to deal with her and her extremely rude behavior, so left empty handed. I am not one to write reviews, but I felt so uncomfortable because of the employee I had to leave one. Its amazing that people like that can hold jobs where they are meant to be kind and helpful. Customer service is non existent here

They are a great place to visit. Just wish they were open til 8-9pm.
