I can't believe the amount of work and effort Albert gave me. His dedication and attention to detail was far better than anyone Ive work with while dealing with the VA system. I am so honored to be one of his clients and I will for sure be referring more his direction. I’ve heard many times that the VA does not care about you I for sure can say that is not true when it comes to Albert. I am so thankful for the help that you gave me and my family. I can’t say enough on how professional Albert is. When I first contacted him I had already been approved for 80% disability, but had been denied 3 other medical issues. Albert asked me some questions and sent me a little paperwork which I filled out in about 5 minutes and emailed back to him. I called him the next day to see if he had received the paperwork only to be told he had already reviewed, filled in all information I was unsure of and the documents were already at the VA. Albert was on it. He followed up with me and answered all my questions along the way. I was never kept in the dark. In as little as about 4 months I was approved for 100% disability. Believe me when I say, he knows the ins and outs of the VA. Without his help there was no way I could of done this on my own. I highly recommend Albert to anyone needing help in pursuing VA disability. I am so impressed that I have already referred 4 other vets including my daughter. Thanks again Albert for what you do for our veterans and our country.

I like to take this time to Highly appreciate Mr. Albert L Thombs, VA Advocate. He has been working with me since 2011 I could not ask for a better advocate he listens well he’s very knowledgeable and totally understand veterans and there are issues to include family members, and what I appreciate mostly is he would take a letter from veteran Administration and explain what is going on so the veteran can understand to make a sound decision. On a scale from 1 to 5 he definitely gets a 5+ We have Nick named him The best in the west. Anthony Paul Rowe
