Voss did some work on my car three years ago after an accident where I was T-boned. Unfortunately they didn't do a good job so I now have a rust spot and peeling paint where they replaced a part. I went by there today to find they were closed (despite yelp saying they're open). I tried calling two different numbers and it went to voicemail. Not sure what to do next but hopefully I don't have to involve my lawyer.

jason chenin GM of Voss stole money from me and lie to everybody. now hes not answering my call. told me his brother got into a car accident and hes not in las vegas.

My wife and I were looking for a very specific model Audi. We saw numerous vehicles and talked with 6 dealers. We came to Voss and spoke with Nate and Tyler. They had one model of the vehicle, but it did not come with the package that we wanted. Both Nate and Tyler started searching everywhere to find us the exact model/package we wanted. They were able to locate the exact car we wanted, and it was in the price range we were looking for. They were very honest and told us that it would cost more money to transport the vehicle and it would push the price outside of our price range. I showed them one I found, but it was in L.A. and was being sold by another dealer. Nate and Tyler tried to get that exact model and save us from having to drive to L.A. They showed us how the purchasing and pricing of cars work and how they could get the price we are looking for but it would take more time. Unfortunately our timeframe was very short (our other cars timing chain tensioner broke and the engine had a catastrophic failure) and they would not be able to get one for that price in our timeframe. They looked up the exact car that was in L.A. and were able to tell us a lot about the car. I have never been car shopping and met a dealer that was this dedicated for its customers. I believe if we could have waited they would have been able to get the exact car in our price range. We ended up purchasing the car in L.A. but the next time we are car shopping we will be going to Voss. This was the best service I've ever had car shopping, I highly recommend them.
