The store itself is beautiful, the prices are fair, but the men's bathroom was surprisingly horrible. I may have visited after it was just vandalized, but by the way the toilet seat was grooved out and the paint peeled off the walls, I think this wasn't a new thing. It was a stark contrast to the beauty Borders invested in the rest of the store.
