THANK YOU CAMPUS CLUB SCHOOL UNIFORMS FOR FULFILLING BOTH OF MY CHILDREN'S SCHOOL UNIFORM NEEDS DURING A PANDEMIC. THE STAFF WAS PATIENT AND COURTEOUS AS MANY PARENTS IN LINE WERE COMPLAINING OF THE COVID RULES AND BLAMED IT ON THE STAFF. I WAITED AS MOST PARENTS DID UNTIL THE WEEK BEFORE SCHOOL STARTED. IN YEARS PRIOR I PURCHASED THEIR UNIFORMS IN JULY. I WASN'T SURE SCHOOLS WERE GOING TO OPEN. I AM SURE THEY WERE OVERWHELMED WITH LATE ORDERS. THANK YOU AGAIN TO THE STAFF DURING THESE DIFFICULT TIMES.

09/29/21 - I appreciate the response. We would do what we could to help find you employees during this time. We understand how difficult it is for so many companies, but that isn't the issue though. The issue was the rudeness of the employee who helped my wife. That's the only problem. No matter how busy, short staffed you are, it doesn't excuse rudeness to customers. That is an employee problem, not a problem of the pandemic. Like I had mentioned at the end of my review, the person who placed the order was incredibly helpful and nice. This is our only option to order through for our daughter's school. They are incredibly disorganized and rude. My wife had to go in twice to pick up polos for our daughter and both times the employee came out and asked, "could it be under any other name?" My wife then told her no, it's only under her name or our daughters. The employees then snapped back at my wife saying it HAS to be under another name cause they couldn't find it. My wife said no. The lady huffed and went in the back, found the bag with the exact name my wife said and handed it off to another employee to not deal with my wife. We wish there was another option. I will say when my wife ordered over the phone, they were very pleasant. It's just the pickup that was horrible.

We just move here from a different state and got our kids enrolled into one of the schools that this uniform store provides uniforms for. I needed to find their address so I had to google it and I decided to start reading their reviews and quite honestly some of them were not so good. Since this is the only store I can get uniforms for my children i honestly was expecting the worst customer service. As soon as I walked in there a younger lady greeted me and assisted me with all my needs, she helped me figure out my child’s size since they had never worn uniforms. Of course they didn’t have all the items we needed in stock and that they had to put them on back order. To my surprise they called me back within a couple days with the remaining items except for one that is currently sold out, they offer me a different brand and even offer to upgrade my item at no charge! I really appreciate all the hard effort in making sure that I at least had a couple items for my kids to start school. I honestly can’t blame them because of extended back orders sometimes they don’t have control over that.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. What a joke...does the school get a kick back from this store? Did the school even look at reviews before picking this joke of a store . I think the news should be notified about how ppl are forced to buy uniforms that are over priced and not even on time . I ordered 7/16/21..still waiting for a pe shirt ...plus it's so over priced. They never answer the phone and it's far to drive there . 😒 another poor choice from ccsd...read reviews Response to very unprofessional owner ...no 10 dollars is not to costly...I spent almost 300 dollars in that joke of a store...20 dollars a shirt is to costly especially when you have more than one child so I will reiterate...the school hopefully will make different decisions in the future. Thanks for your sincere response...by the way covid does not stop your staff from answering the phone ...that's the least you could do
