        If you have to deal with Alex in the rental department, I am very sorry for you. She is very unprofessional and rude. Literally can turn a good day into a bad day. I hope for the sake of their company, they get someone else to answer their phones besides her. I don't know why someone can be so unpleasant and unhappy. The company is good and provided us a decent truck, but service is horrible!
