I was really disappointed.  I made a travel vaccine appt over the phone and told the receptionist that I was traveling to Africa.  On the day of my appointment, they called me to tell me that they don't have anyone working that could fill my malaria prophylaxis prescription.  So they cancelled my appointment!  Would have been nice to know that ahead of time - not be cancelled the day of.  I ended up going to E7 Health and got all my vaccines and malaria prophylaxis.

I have used Passport Health for overseas travel before in another state. Because of the great service then, I decided to return for more vaccinations for overseas travel and I was not disappointed. Ellen was very efficient and knowledgeable. She explained recommended vaccinations and their purposes in a clear and concise manner. She was very patient and able to answer all my questions, as well as alleviate concerns.

I found this place online and called them. The guy who picked up the phone took my info and I asked how much these vaccinations cost. He quoted me Hepatitis cost $160 something along those line he quoted me. It was $219. They sent me an online form to fill out. Then I was in my car ready to go to the appointment, they called me and said the nurse was running late. So I rescheduled the appt. That wasn't very nice when they would charge you $50 if you cancel the appt after 24 hrs or no show. Anyways, on the day of the appt, the nurse had a printed guide from the CDC website to all the destinations on our International Trip. The nurse walked through all the recommended vaccines and gave us the important information I needed to know to make the right decisions. The booklet was very thorough and I like it and I get to keep it!I got all the ones I thought are important before the travel. They do not take insurance! I ended up spending $922 for 5 vaccinations. It took about 55 mins. The nurse is super friendly.

We needed some travel medicine for our trip to India and yelp came to rescue! The high ratings are totally deserved. Right from calling their customer service center to set up appointment, to seeing our nurse Sarah, the service was exceptional.Their pricing is very reasonable and for a few dollars more, I would totally go here rather than go to health department which makes you wait for hours and customer service is so bad. They go over the country you plan to visit and what all you would need to be protected.We were in and out in minutes!!
